As the topic suggest, do you think honey bees could benefit and perhaps even have an extended lifespan from the introduction of c60-oo into their sugar feeds?

I know this is a long shot, but all the research I seen is based on mammals, but what about short lived insects? On average a honey bee worker lives only 6 weeks during nectar flow. I don't understand their short longetivity, but I assume it may have something to do with mitochonrial stress, if not, then what is it about honey bees and insects in general that wears them out so fast?

Food for thought. :)
