I've never taken any nootropics drugs before, I'm from Australia and I'm thinking of buying some from either peaknootropics.com or liftmode.com and I have a few questions: Which one is better and are they legit? Do you need a prescription in Australia to have this? I've read that some nootropics such as piracetam and modafinil are schedule 4 drugs that need prescription to order, but I haven't read anything on Sunifiram, even though I've read that Sunifiram is stronger than piracetam.. Is there a legal age to order it online? Thanks ! :)

I would advise you not to buy sunifiram from any source. It has caused (semi-)permanent brain damage in several users here on Longecity as well as on reddit. Its effects are totally unpredictable, and the potential benefits do not outweigh the risks.

On that reddit link, the poster says "I started with a 1mg dose and used the Shulgin protocal. 2, 4, 8, until I reached the dose of 512mg which apparently destroyed my brain."

512mg ? I thought the recommended dose was 5-10mg..

And if I do get sunifiram I won't be taking it regularly, only when I really need to, such as before a big exam or a speech, I don't really need to take it any other time

why sunifiram? there are so many other nootropics that at least have the slightest bit of research indicating their safety.

if you want something for memory and recall, you would be better off with prl-8-53, or maybe colouracetam

It was an extreme dose, but the point is that a safe nootropic (like piracetam or noopept) won't produce effects like these at any dose. On 10 mg of Sunifiram, I became the most enraged I have ever been in my life for no reason at all. It's not that uncommon of a side effect. See also the sunifiram side effects thread. You're playing with fire if you take this stuff before an exam or a speech.

I just looked up noopept just then, it does sound like a lot better option :), I'd read about it but I thought that it needed a prescription to obtain in Australia but that was actually a different drug o.0

Do you know any reliable places to buy noopept? Is liftmode.com legit?

Agreed. Start with Piracetam or Modafinil. I've ordered from Peak Nootropics a bunch of times and been pretty satisfied each time...
