Seems there is a lot of info on Carnosine and is what I have taken (LE Mito Optimizer) for a few years for anti-glycation purposes. I can't remember why I opted for carnosine over ALC but I remember deciding, after consideration of various studies that it was superior to ALC for that purpose. I am now reconsidering this. What says the hive on two fronts, which is most effective for this purpose, which is safest and why?
