Has anyone compared the effectiveness of bacopa and magnesium on reducing levels of anxiety? I've used bacopa and it works pretty well (but also can make me pretty tired during the day). I've also tried magnesium but typically take it at night (as ZMA) because it's very sedating. I was wondering if anyone has tried a slow release magnesium (like Jigsaw Magnesium Malate) and what effect it may have had on their energy levels, anxiety, etc. and maybe how that would compare to something like bacopa.

I can only speak for bacopa. It had the same effects on me as it did to you, tiredness.Really bad fatigue. I took it for a month and I even drop ASH I was taking at the time. And it was definitely that. I actually threw out the rest today.
Sorry that I am of no use on Magnesium. I hope you get answers because Im interested in that as well.
