I have many lipomas in my fat tissue and that is totally depressing me.

Every time I discover a new one I become totally afraid and hopeless.

What sucks most about this is not knowing what causes it and wether it may be my fault due to eating the wrong things.

Some people say that pork, dairy and such things are bad and need to be avoided but without knowing if these things really

are the reason I can't simply cut out all these foods.

What also really upsets me is that the dermatologists also don't really seem to care much about this condition. I have been to multiple

doctors over the years and wanted them to examine my fat tissue cause it simply feels abnormal to me and it also hurts. And these idiots didn't

even bother to touch me!

This means I cannot even tell what "normal fat" feels like. I have areas on my body where the fat tissue is absolutely smooth and doesn't hurt.

But I also have areas on the body (stomach, thighs, lower back, chest) where the fat tissue is totally crude and it hurts. When I stretch the skin on

the chest for example then I can see the uneven fat tissue through the skin! I can literally see lumps beneath the skin.

What also scares me is that lipomas can also occur in organs. My dermatologists told me that this isn't true but he simply lied to me. A simple google

search is enough to see that you can get lipomas pretty much everywhere.

I have some lipomas which are round, firm and encapsulated. Very easy to spot and movable. Size 3-4mm.

But I also have lipomas which are flat and soft, they are much deeper in the fat tissue and they are also bigger, their size is like the size of a fingertip.

And then I also have the overall crude and painful fat tissue.

A friend of mine who I've since lost contact with had lipomas. He said it ran in his family, so this sounds like it's a genetic thing.  Sorry I don't know any more than that.

Hi, in my fam nobody else has them other than me. This sucks. Doctors also don't seem to know much about them and don't seem to care much.
