what can be used as a L-Threonate source?

What I can't find is a supplement or nutrient that supplies a suitable amount of L-Threonate to the blood to produce the the effects of inhibiting hairloss. I see there is magnesium L-Threonate, but I am unsure if that actually give the body L-Threonate

,also, does anyone have any hairloss recommendations besides DHT inhibitors? Anything that promotes hair regrowth?

I found GHK/GHK-Cu recently. It looks very interesting for a large number of reasons and it is said to grow hair.
