Some sites tell you that Vitex Agnus Castus can be helpful in boosting Testosterone due to its anti-estrogenic effects. But guess what? It also ''decreased significantly the LH and Testosterone levels''.

Yeah, not the best. It's ok for modulating prolactin, which can hamper T production in some males but it is a decidedly female herb.

There was study about 11 years ago showing how vitex can increase melatonin in men, so it could be better than taking melatonin for sleep maintenance.    It also changes hormone balance towards progesterone, which could have something to do with sleep.
