Found these while on search for new nootropics and wondered if these could acutally be getting some thought by this community.  :)

GM608

GM604

http://www.genervon....ls_clinical.pdf

These 2 sound very interesting but without further information they are kinda mysterious.

NDC 1308

http://endeceneural.com/ndc-1308/

http://jme.endocrino...0/1/43.full.pdf look here for more information.

It was actually mentioned on reddit some time ago but i can't seem to find the link. It modulates estradiol pathways kind of.

AQW051

http://www.ncbi.nlm....pubmed/25172125

It's an alpha-7-nicotinic receptor partial agonist and prove me wrong but i think it's the second after the famed EVP 6124.

It has a way shorter half life than EVP-6124 which makes it somewhat more viable for nootropic purposes

I'm sorry if this post is not helpful as I don't know how to properly quote the sites and additonally these interventions have little information but I thought they could be worth a look for those with serious conditions or the interest and curiosity in novel cognitive enhancement possibilities ( like me ).

GM608

Other Names:

GM602
GM6
GM604
MNTF
6mer

"MNTF is a specific, functional, regulatory, endogenous peptide for the protection of the nervous system from disorders and diseases including neurovascular and neurodegenerative diseases. Having discovered MNTF by its function, Genervon used DNA micro-array analysis to find the genes that are activated by its analogue GM6. That analysis indicated that GM6 up or down regulates, by at least two fold, more than 1,600 genes. Many of the modulated genes are related to nervous system disorders and diseases, and neurodegenerative diseases, including those in command of pathways for apoptosis, oxidative stress, inflammation, lipid and immune response."

I'd like to kindly add two small peptides with huge potential especcially in synth cost I guess

http://www.ncbi.nlm....pubmed/23240153

I'm not sure whether this stacking is a good idea nut well .....

http://www.ncbi.nlm....pubmed/23124249

also known as tamibarotene

http://reinnervate.com/ec23-science/

two molecules who target retinoic acid receptors and tamibarotene seems to be quite safe by passing clinical trials in japan and having quite a good amount of clinical trials in general
