I stumble upon this blog entry
- My body doesn’t make neurotransmitters the way it’s supposed to. So, y’know, things like dopamine andserotonin are at crazy-low levels.
- My body retains toxins—and not, like, generic “toxins” that health nuts talk about, I mean real toxins, like benzene and mercury. Most peoples’ bodies get rid of that stuff through sweat, urination, etc. My body stores it.
- My body rejects things it should keep, like magnesium. Especially magnesium. Also zinc.
and then the author states

This, right away, is the big problem
Any hint ?
