Since it seems would be nice to try to quantify the effects of C60-00 on performance and oxygen utilization to try and find a possible MAO for it, I will log my results and describe my protocol to test out the effect, if any on c60 on human performance.
If you want to contribute and post your own results, feel free to do it.
I think the results will be more significant if we quantify them by increase of performance so I will not list my absolute number. I hate it when people do that because it discourages casual runner.
Since we are dealing in qualitative research, I think it would be important to describe yourself a little bit.

Trained for years in different sports, always weightlifting. Soccer is where I shine.
Not taking any supplement right now except 5 mg noopept everyday.
Protocol:
Since I run on the treadmill 3 times a week (can't do it outside it's just too cold up here and I don't like it) I will try three different protocoles that I've been using for a couple of months.
No C60
Workout 1: terrible ten challenge (10 x 30 seconds sprints at 10% incline as fast as I can maintain)
Baseline (as of june last year, before C60 or anything else)
X mph (I will log results as increase for X as to not discourage anyone trying to do the same :-)
Max heart rate: 200
Workout 2: 400 meters repeat x 15
Speed:
X mph
Heart rate: from 195 to 150 in one minute
Workout 3: 5k
x min
