I've been taking a gram of it for maybe 2 months almost every day. Sometimes I only take 700mg.

Do you recon I'll get withdrawals after I stop taking it?

It's definitely possible at that dosage and length of usage, though not certain.

i was getting sleepness nightsx2/3 after taking it twice a week so i thought i would space it out weekly and still suffered one night with mild depression. OK i went 8 days and still a damn sleepless night last night, i love the stuff but it so  damn addictive the doses im talking about are around the 1g mark maybe a bit over to 1.5g a day. I cycle stuff but last night i forgot to have the pregabalin ready and couldnt be bothered to get up so i took doxythingy which helped but still crap sleep. This stuff is more powerful than a lot of POM medicine. Newguy i suggest you taper off if you wanna ease off, dont go cold, it will be painful.

Hmm I guess I'll go 500mg for a couple of days then. I assumed 1g was no problem since I saw so many people taking 2-10g that had to taper off, felt to me like 1g was no big deal.

Also since I'm able to take the same amount each day without taking more I don't really see any problem.

But we'll see.

I'm wondering how much I've been taking, on the package it says, 1 scoop is 350mg. On the scoop itself it says 0.50ml. I guess there's not really a way to deduce if a scoop is actually 350?

Something as powerful and addictive as Phenibut....

I'd get a milligram scale. There are too many factors involved to determine what a "scoop" will work out to.

newguy, hows it going? Any wd?

I am in the same boat, had taken 1g of phen once a week, 2x max, and suffered withdrawals (night panics, insomnia) I attributed them to exam stress, but now I reflect back it's probs wd.

I also took 1g for the first time in 2 weeks post exam, and slept and felt like a baby god.

Currently I am taking 600mg daily, 2-3 hours before bed and this is my 4th day on it, so far I feel normal?. Perhaps the anxiolytic effects aren't working either. I would up the dose, however My liver and kidneys are warnining me not to.

Im not sure what to do from here. I guess I will try taper of to 500-400-300-200-100 mg. Please let me know how your regimine is going!

I had quit it for about 3 days and got some small withdrawals the first day, it was fine after that. After those 3 days though I started taking it again, maybe I would have gotten more withdrawals after that. My phenibut is almost finished and I don't have another batch so I'll see what happens.

update.

I had WD's for about 3 days after I quit it but they weren't that bad, it was tolerable. Maybe it was because I didn't take large quantities, all in all it was fine.

I get bad WD from anything past 2x a week. But I'm sensitive in the anxiety department. Main thing is lack of sleep.
still haven't slept.. it's 8 am here

Yeah from what I've read on the internet a lot of people get bad WD's, I guess I'm not one of them even though I took it every day for 2 months.

Don't take that for granted though, you might experience WDs if you take it daily again and cease. Phenibut is quite a wierd compound and the brain is constantly changing, next time might you might not get away with it so easily. I've experienced both a brutal wd from Phenibut, and a pretty much completely painless wd.

If you want GABA-B effects without addiction/problems try either Gotu Kola or Ashwagandha. You won't be getting Phenibut-like buzz but both herbs are effective anxiolytics, nootropics and GK is even mildly euphoric to me.

Extract of 10mg withanolides should be effective. Sometimes it may take a few days to start working, sometimes it may be that it simply doesn't work for you. A high dose of 20-40mg withanolides should be quite tranquilizing without tolerance.
