Strange thought I realize, and 'unscientific' at best as well, but I was wondering, do mixing supplement powders have any effect on them?  What I mean is, I take numerous supplements in powder form and for purposes of not having to spend an hour or more each day measuring/weighing out tiny amounts of each, I combine them and shake/mix them up and have a small scoop that when I fill it, it gives me the amount I need of each.

I guess to some degree it may depend on which supplements I am mixing, but generally speaking I am wondering if mixing would have a negative effect on their efficacy?

My very unscientific answer would be as long as they are not contraindicated or work in directly opposing fashion, you have nothing to worry about. I often combine a few things into one glass and have yet to notice anything strange happen. Maybe list which compounds you're mixing together so that someone more informed than I can chime in.

This would be the only real concern but even so I think you'll be fine.

I think the same rules would apply for mixing pills/supplements/drugs. Unless there are known interactions, I think you are fine. I think you are wondering it there are any notable chemical reactions in the solution you make when mixing supplements. I think anything like that would have been discovered and mentioned, sort of how people who research drugs know about cocaethylene.
