I will almost faint, freak out, get very aggressive, light headed and anxious at the sight of needles.
routine blood draw for TRT to test free and total testosterone, no fasting needed. giving those testosterone shots myself make me a bit anxious, but I fear somebody else doing it to me much more.

please give me a STRONG stack to use for tomorrow.
this is what I have access to:
-Klonopin .5mg (only a few, prefer to save but will take one)
-baclofen
-phenibut (already took 3 times in the last 4 days, can't take anymore!)
-bacopa 20% extract (haven't tried yet but I have a bunch, also heard it takes time to build up)
-magnesium, b vitamins, vitamin C
-Gabapentin (gaba mimetic)
-opiates
-tianeptine
-tizanidine (alpha 2 agonist like clonidine, muscle relaxer)
-alcohol
-chamomile, ashwagandha, Kratom, plenty of other adaptogenic herbs. just ask I probably got em

Not worried about anything being too strong, this will be a quite rare occasion, I know how each dose affects my body and won't be stupid with it. yes it is dangerous to mix depressants, I will not go out of my way to die here.

advice is needed for synergy (I'd like to maximize effectiveness of klonopin .5mg.) and personal experience helps. Iwill be doing breathing exercises, mindfulness meditation and other things before.

Don't flame me if you have NO idea what its like to have a phobia. besides this, I have GAD and wayy too much norepinephrine I feel like I'm always on an adrenaline rush.

I don't have much to add to the stack, but if you're dealing with a medical professional, they might be able to give you something relatively short acting that would really knock you out.

I know a lot about phobias, and yeah, they can be really bad.  My son had a couple bad ones, and we found a cognitive behavioral therapist that was able to completely eliminate them.  You might want to look into CBT for this, as a long term fix.  Might be helpful for some of the other GAD issues as well.

its only with the phlebotamist (quest diagnostics) they don't have anything that's for quick relaxation to get the blood drawn that I'm aware of.
I'll take probably klonopin, 1 baclofen, maybe a zanaflex and some adaptogenic herbs. if I get kratom this should be a breeze.

actually man that's a great idea, I'm planning on doing CBT soon. I'm doing it on my own right now with my GAD, mostly working on the social aspect right now replacing negative with positive behaviors.
I'm manic and happy, I know lol but a quick story..
no success with people in years. very depressed, bad anxiety. took a klonopin and all my old self came back, I met these two beautiful girls at taco bell and had a stimulating conversation. one gave me her number. didn't ask, wasn't hitting on them, blew my mind! gotta create this new good path to open up the world of possibilities!

got it done man! it took a percocet and 1mg of klonopin and some ashwagandha. now until next month I'm good! what's a good place on the site to post my results?
I have low T but I'm on TRT now.
possible hypothyroid, really low WBC count, elevated liver enzymes, high prolactin, high cholesterol, possible metabolic syndrome or insulin resistence even though I'm skinny. high hematocrit.

Taking percocet for that purpose is just... sick... What are you more afraid of? The needle or talking about your phobia with your doctor? EVERY doc has some anxiolytic available for cases just like that.

I did talk to my doctor about it multiple times- he's not a very good doc and I will be switching shortly. He simply did not care or empathize my situation.
So I had to take matters into my own hands. When I was younger they used to give me valium, so a doctor should take care of me, he just didn't feel like giving me a rx for anything. Sick that he doesn't understand and I have to take percocet to get blood drawn.
