I am wondering if a DIY wax with some antimicrobial agent could stay for a long time between the teeth and avoid flossing frequently while protecting from the demineralization.

Any thought ?

Sounds like a poor idea. Teach yourself a proper brushing technique using staining pills and add floss once a day to that. The only chemical substance that is not outright unfit for oral use right now would be Delmopinol but that might well change in the future. As it stands, manual cleaning with an individualized fluoride program is the way to go, preferably with a healthy diet. Most of the antibacterial substances that have been tried have been shown to increase the amount of unwanted bacteria.

if you need to use mouthwash and flossing on top of brushing teeth then you have some serious health issues it shouldn't take so much work to keep your teeth healthy. All it will do is make them white but they will still be unhealthy.
