I, like I'm sure many others take various supplements in powder form and some of them are low mg or even mcg amounts.  This can be problematic relative to consistency and is also problematic in weighing it out every day.  This would be easier accomplished to take say, weigh out 100 doses of said supplement and suspend it in a solvent/liquid and use a marked dropper to dose.  Capping is too tedious for me.

What is a good liquid to use?  Obviously it has to be something that will not degrade the compound being suspended in it.  I suppose this would be somewhat on a case by case basis but I also think there must be one that is somewhat universal.  Ethanol perhaps?  Or water with 8-10% ethanol?  How long would one expect the shelf life to be on these?

The compounds I would use would be Ibutamoren and Thioflavin T.  Any ideas?

Sigma says that Thioflavin should probably be prepared fresh.  It would go into water/ethanol, if you wanted to dissolve it.  Ibutamoren looks like a greaseball... It would go into DMSO, if you want to drink that.  Chemicals are more stable as solids than as solutions.  If you were to freeze the solutions, they could be made to last longer, but not as long as the solid.  Colder is better, but it's pretty tough to beat the pure solid for stability.

A thing you could try would be to mix the compounds with a powder (maltose or dextrose are common) and get them very well distributed.  You would want to adjust quantities of everything so that one scoop of the powder would have the amount of each compound that you want.  It's almost what you would do when capping, except you're skipping the tedious capping step.  I used to cap stuff long ago, and I am totally done with that.  It's a major pain.

Honestly, water. What you need to find out is how stable the compound is in aqueous solution. Creatine is notoriously unstable. What supplements do you plan to do this with?
