It's a legal statement without any relevance for the safety or UNsafety of the drug. As of the moment there also is no drug company trying to reintroduce it into the German market. I tried the "Antares"-brand while it was still available in ~2000 and found it to be completely useless. I absolutely don't miss this junk.

And? Kava kava is very mediocre and overrated.

It like what kratom is to 8 opana oc 40s as what kava kava is to Xanax.

Also i'm not to interested in the German version of the FDA.

Overall this is very insignificant.
