Hi all, long time lurker posting for the first time. I've noticed that when I take uridine, it seems like adderall is less effective for me; it's as if I feel that it's there in my system, but not working. Has anyone else experienced this? my guess is that the uridine is regulating dopamine release "too much" and not allowing the full effects of adderall to take place. Can anyone relate of have any suggestions?

Uridine decrases dopamine in the striatum I´m not sure whether it is the cause, but it could be a cofactor
Uridine decreases morphine-induced behavioral sensitization by decreasing dorsal striatal dopamine release possibly via agonistic effects at GABAA receptors.

Thanks for the info! This could be why I also feel much more relaxed whenever I take uridine with a benzo.
