I have found few 5um filters (rather cheap) in order to filtrate possible glass contamination for IM injections

Monoject Filter Needle

Sterifix® Filter Straw

BD blunt filter needles

but what about the possibility that they also filtrate some cerebrolysin active ingredients? How do you solve that problem?

Is there anybody who uses such 5um filters and still experience tha same therapeutic effect as without it and on the contrary who "feels" the it differs?

You might want to give this thread a read. There does not appear to be much consensus on the topic. Personally, I figure that any significant amount of glass would register a lasting pain response.

yes, I know its ben a while since someone responded.

Anyway, used monject filter needle for vitaneurin.  Injection stil had pain, seemed a little less (placebo?)...

Anyway, I plan to use for that and for cerebrolysin.

Will also read the thread linkd above.
