Hello, I'm new to the forums and I started looking into nootropics. I've been using 200mg caffeine + ~16mg ephedrine to help with studying/exams/energy for quite a while but, I've always noticed the EC stack raises my heart rate by ~20bps and any exercise causes me to run out of breath immediately. I feel it's a bit unhealthy.

Once I had tried 5mg of dexedrine and it worked wonderfully. I had all the good effects of ephedrine plus a little more with none of the drawbacks like increased HR and it felt a lot more clean and calm, no jitteriness or anything. If I didn't think about it I wouldn't notice it. Everything was a little more calm than normal but, I was able to focus on what needed to be done. I can't use it though, due to its price and legal standing. If there is something similar to this, please tell me.

I've bought a variety of nootropics, since people seem to respond differently, and of the stronger kinds, since ephedrine has a stronger stimulating effect than most nootropics. I've read adrafinil is one of the strongest though the effects are still weaker than ephedrine. I understand I should and plan to take each one separately to feel its individual effects before combining anything but I would like to know if there would be any adverse interactions between them so I may avoid it. I'm also taking supplements for working out.

Does anyone know if there would be an adverse reaction to any combination of these? Thanks

Here's the list:

Noopept
Aniracetam
Adrafinil
Alpha GPC
Oxyracetam
Phenibut
Sulbutiamine
Phenylpiracetam
Choline Biartrate
Caffeine
Ephedrine
Creatine
Beta alanine
Coenzyme Q10
Multivitamin
Omega 3
Cellucor C4 Extreme<- Pre-workouts made with a mix of chemicals but will probably never be taken at the same time as ephedrine/nootropics
Magnum Rocket Science^
Melatonin <- Will probably never be taken at the same time as any of the rest

You won't die if that's what you mean by 'adverse effect'.

Do you take all this stuff together? How old are you?

Assuming you're a young adult, you'll be fine... But dude 200mg caffeine PLUS ephedrine for studying?! How do you even manage to sit still?

Do like the other kids and just get some more dexedrine or ritalin... Your heart will thank you.

Otherwise, cut down caffeine and ephedrine by at least half and take decent doses of phenylpiracetam before your study sessions.

By adverse effects I mean like how you can't take ephedrine and yohimbe at the same time.

I'm 22 but I only take creatine, beta alanine, Q10, multivitamin and omega 3 daily. Caffeine+ephedrine are situational for tired studying, the preworkouts for tired workouts, and melatonin for energetic sleeping.

I can't do anything physical when I take EC. It makes my heart pump at a scary rate during any exercise and I feel light headed after. The most I can do is slow walking for medium distances. I'm quite content in sitting still on EC.

The ones above caffeine on the list are new, I just baught them. Sulbutamine, phenibut and noopept+alpha GPC seem to have nearly no effect. Or at least the effects aren't great enough for me to confidently say they aren't do to placebo. I did some minor testing with brain games online and didn't see any significant difference either. Phenylpiracetam+alpha GPC does have a noticable effect, similar to a light EC stack and maybe a bit of that dex cleanness in there. Too bad it's the 2nd most expensive on the list. Haven't tried the rest.

I don't really want to go with dex, rit, add, etc, due to the whole legality and shadiness I have to be with them. They would also be the most expensive on the list by far. Maybe I can ask my doctor about it sometime.

Yeah EC+phenyl seems like it would be a good idea. I'll try that out. Any suggestions to how I can make sulbutamine, phenibut, noopept work? Or if it is suppose to be super subtle, how I can notice it so I can better judge its effectiveness? Usually I don't need high doses of something for a good effect. 16mg ephedrine as oppose to the standard 40mg dose, 200mg caffeine is a low standard dose for working out, I'm super light weight with alcohol and such. It's strange there so little effect.
