I've "designed" myself a recipe and 1-day food routine that's compatible with both my pallate and a cron lifestyle, at least I think, as an exemplar to myself going forward. I'd like to have it "reviewed" by anyone more understanding of nutrition than me (aka most of you). Also i'd like to know if I would still benefit from taking K2, Magnesium and EPA/DHA supplimentation on a diet similar to the above. Thanks!
The Saturated fat is mainly from Coconut Oil.
