I'm just wondering if people still are low-dosing lithium? If so, have you noticed any improvements regarding thought processing speed? Lithium increases NAA levels in the brain, and NAA possibly increases myelination.

Yes, I take 2.5mg on fairly regular basis, it has a subtle effect that I find easier to spot after I have started regular mindfulness meditations (2x20m daily), The effects are subtle, but manifests for me like a ease of flow (enhancing the sense of enhanced flow I already experience from meditation) and a more "benevolent perspective".
