I know its not a new topic, but I don't know if I've come across the answer, or ways to mitigate. I was actually hoping to take PCC (Polyenylphosphatidylcholine) for a little fatty liver my Dr. noticed on an ultrasound. He made it seem like no big deal and not to worry about it, but I don't think its exactly normal. Anyways, I wanted to take PPC due to the fact it rates well and I react poorly to other liver support, milk thistle, SAM-E.
Just one or two days into taking PPC I get very depressed. Same with other sources of choline, cdp-choline, regular PC. Its actually a little scary how quickly I get seriously sad and depressed.
Is there a way to see the benefits of choline without the depression?
