Anyone have problems with sleeping while taking c60?

I took about 4ml once a week for two weeks. During this time it was more difficult to fall asleep and I would wake up around 3 or 4 in the morning and have difficulty falling back to sleep.

I also had vivid dreams and felt tired during the day. No other changes to routine and very light caffeine usage.

Taking a break now but may try again at a lower dosage.

Thanks,

John

If anything, I'd say that the most common reports are vivid dreams, less need for sleep, and "better" sleep.  In roughly that order.  One guy said that it made him sleep for a long time, although that was after a long period of staying awake.   I don't notice any of it, myself.  It's possible that there were some other reports of sleep problems, but they would have been in the minority of sleep-related reports.  All these sleep issues are very susceptible to mindstate; some of them could be placebo effects.  4ml/week is already on the low side of what most people are using, but it's possible that you have a unique sensitivity.

Thanks Niner, I started back up today with a whopping 1ml dose. We'll see how that goes.

I think I may have experienced some positive benefits as well despite the lesser sleep. Possibly greater endurance and moitvation.

It's hard to tell at this point. I sometimes find it difficult at first to recognize the effects when starting a new supplement.

I'll probably try larger doses if I order some C60 and mix it myself.

I'm taking C60 and I'm nocturnal admittly I also have a mild dementia problem but right now I sleep when it's light and I'm awake all night. Don't seem to be able to sort it out even on C60. Does C60 cause insomnia?

Sometimes I get the feeling that I sleep longer when I stay away from it for a few days. Then I start up on 5ml and waking up is not that hard. But that is easily within placebo range.

Definitely don't think it's placebo in my case. The effect is very pronounced even taking 1ml. I can go to sleep ok but start having very vivid dreams about 6 hours into my sleep and wake up soon after, still tired and not feeling like it was good nights rest. It wears off after a couple nights at this dose. There does seem to be some positive effects albeit very subtle. However, I am stopping for now due to what I experienced as poor sleep. I was feeling much too groggy during the day.

Actually, niner you did report a period of sleeping more. :)

to the OP:  see this thread here, http://www.longecity...p-all-the-time/

Some folks did report a deep fatigue that sent them off on long naps or monster sleeps.  I did experience something similar myself but it seems to have passed even when I take relatively large doses of c60 (15ml).

At 1-3mL of C60oo I have more energy throughout the day, usually, and this makes it harder to fall asleep. I do use medical cannabis to alleviate muscle pain and sleep, but even through that I seem to need less sleep overall and I have bizarre dreams that I can't remember in the morning (generally, the cannabis does not even allow me to dream at all).  Without the cannabis, I probably would have some insomnia due to C60. I had it before my prescription and have always been very sensitive to stims, ginseng etc with regards to sleep.

Well I'll be dipped!  I forgot all about that.  Whatever was the cause of that sleeping behavior, it's gone now, and has been for a long time.  Maybe it was a c60 effect that faded over time.  Jeez, I wish it would come back...

Well I am taking it for around half year, total 3-4 50ml bottles, young 26-y.old and it seems to reduce my sleep time (might be little stimulating?). If I add some stressful conditions to that - my sleep is ruined (3-5h sleep max) but I am still ok for 1 day. I feel it's ok even for several days but then I just wake up and listen to music while still in bed and ofc function more in zombie-like state.  Without stress, I was more refreshed after taking it than without it in the morning and could sleep 6-7h max.
