I am finding some conflicting information regarding myo-inositol, I find it great for mood but I have some questions?

In males does Inositol decrease free testosterone?

In males does Inositol decrease overall testosterone?

In males does inositol increase estrogen?

Did not research but trust you did. I am using since many years this formulation of IP6:

http://www.lef.org/V...-Inositol?q=ip6

which contains:

IP-6 (inositol hexaphosphate) (from calcium magnesium phytate) ... 800mg

Inositol ... 220 mg

But maybe too low for an effect on hormones?

Anecdotal, but I've been taking low dose myo-inositol (650mg/day for sleep) and 500mg/day IP6 (inositol hexaphosphate) for about half a decade.

Total Testosterone in my last labs was 1250.8 ng/dl (normal range 241-827).  I was surprised it was so high, but sex drive is still strong at age 58 and I'm still generating copious amounts of semen with remarkable regularity.

Nothing but good things to say about both Inositol and IP6.  Inositol clears my head of distracting thought-loops and sends me to sleep every night, and IP6 is my fountain of youth...  Remarkable antioxidant, internal deodorant and chelator of all sorts of divalent/multivalent minerals that tend to over-accumulate as we age.

I take only low doses of these (moderation in ALL things!) and can not vouch for what effect megadosing might have.

I have the opposite experience, are you sure you aren't taking any other supplements such as Zinc or Folic Acid that can increase testosterone?

I do take low dose zinc gluconate at only 5mg/day.  I also drink moderately, which some studies show may bump T a bit higher.

I'm also quite slim so I don't have the adipose related estrogen issues.

I've only had this one test for T, so don't know if it was an anomaly but never had trouble with lack of sex drive.  Work tires me out, but I'm on the "every other day" schedule with my gal when we're on vacation.
