Verifying scientific research on herbs

Hi Guys,

 

I come across alot of herba and supplements what are the key website where the research that has been done on herba can be seen. There are many website that would say a research has been done or a study what do you think

For the raw science, pubmed is a good place to start.  If you're looking for something that is interpreted for you, then examine.com is good.  Wikipedia is also a possibility.

Thanks alot for the sir, Wikipedia can be edited by anyone so I dont use that alot...

You might be surprised how good Wikipedia is for scientific and factual topics.  While it can be edited by anyone, it can also be corrected by anyone, and topics are watched over by the people who contribute to them.  They are extensively referenced, so you can always check out the statements that are made.  It's a starting point for research, not necessarily the final point, but it is an extremely valuable resource.

Good man, I only plan to take basic like Creatine maxiumum and stay natural I took too many things and ended up with severe dizzyness anxity and depression so Thanks budy but LOVE for the info about all this doesnt die :)
