I'm wondering if anyone is interested in Beloranib.

"Beloranib is an experimental drug candidate for the treatment of obesity. It was discovered by CKD Pharmaceuticals and is currently being developed by Zafgen."

Adooq has 10mg for $600.  That's pretty expensive for a little over a month of treatment.  They also have 25mg NSI-189 for $580.  Given that this price is incredibly expensive compared to other suppliersI'm wondering if this can be sourced for cheaper by working a deal with them or a Chinese or European lab.  Interested in your thoughts.

I'd be interested in it for my husband. Are there contradindictions for sleep apnea and resulting MCI?

There is now a supplier on Alibaba.  They are working on a synthesis that should be completed at the end of March.

The price I have been quoted is $3250 for 50g.  That's a good price considering the dosage and trial results thus far.

Keep in mind that this drug has to be injected.  Anyone wishing to try this compound would need to budget for syringes, syringe filters, etc.

and anyone willing to inject a drug purchased on Alibaba better first be damn sure of the purity

"HPLC/UV-VIS chromatogram (bottom) and UV-Vis spectra (top and middle) of the CKD-732 (10 ㎍/㎖ in MeOH) : the CKD-732 was detected at the retention time of 14.72 min"

That would seem useful for testing.

Is there really anybody out there who would by this stuff from obscure sources and inject it? Cooking it up on a greasy spoon beforehand? Really? Mmmm, well. Slimming down on heroin certainly would be much more fun, right?

Who said anything about a greasy spoon?  All the group buys on here come through obscure sources by virtue of the anonymity of the lab.  I am not trying to convince anyone to take any research chemicals.  That is their choice.  However, I think a fumagillin analog is much safer than heroine.  Each to their own.

It's definetely not a "supplement" either!

Regarding safety beyond 12 weeks we know essentially nothing about beloranib. I very much doubt that a drug affecting angiogenesis and a myriad of other things will ever make it to the market.

There's another supplier on Alibaba claiming to sell it:  "this is a new product and hard to synthesis,it is our custom synthesis product, our technicist is still checking the cost,so the price for 1g will be given to you later."  We'll see.  I won't hold my breath.

This compound is extraordinary and this group buy needs to happen.

Any updates? We should be able to drum up signficant interest!
