Regarding this vitamin, I was curious about some of the ingredients.

Country Life

http://www.swansonvi...therSize=CRL594

Serving Size 2

Vitamin C (from potassium ascorbate, calcium ascorbate, magnesium ascorbate, zinc ascorbate, manganese ascorbate, copper ascorbate, chromium ascorbate)             60 mg             100%

Thiamin (vitamin B1) (as Benfotiamine, thiamine hydrochloride, thiamine cocarboxylase)             26 mg             1,733%

Riboflavin (vitamin B2) (as riboflavin, riboflavin 5' phosphate)             37 mg             2,176%

Niacin (as inositol hexaniacinate, Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide Reduced [NADH])             53 mg             265%

Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride, pyridoxal 5' phosphate, pyridoxine alpha-ketoglutarate hydrochloride)             50 mg             2,500%

Folic Acid (as folic acid (6S)-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate, glucosamine salt)      400 mcg      100%

Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin)         400 mcg             6,667%

Biotin (as d-Biotin) 300 mcg      100%

Pantothenic Acid (as calcium d-pantothenate, pantethine)             76 mg             760%

Potassium (as potassium ascorbate)†             4 mg             <1%

BioPQQ™ (as Pyrroloquinoline quinone disodium salt)             5 mg             *

Many of the posts on this forum say you should avoid copper.  This pill has copper ascorbate in it.  Is that the kind you should repel?

Is Pyrroloquinoline quinone a supplement you should be taking with B?  Should you take it daily?  Is 5mg a welcome dose?

I'm not up to date on the copper topic so maybe others can chime in.

PQQ is an awesome little substance, great antioxidant, neuroprotective, and has been shown to increase mitochondrial biogenesis, the creation of new and more mitochondria. Pretty cool. Most people supplement 20 mg, but 5 mg surely still has benefits. I'm currently using 10 mg every other day. I believe it's also a co-factor for B-Vitamins so should be some synergy.

It depends on how much copper is in it.  I wouldn't want more than a milligram.  I don't use anything that contains copper, at the moment.  I get it from diet.  I'm a little curious about the quantities of B vitamins.  Why 26, 37, and 53 mg?   It sounds like they want you to think that those quantities are the result of some sort of deep thought, when probably aren't based on any more solid science than the guys who give you 50 of everything.
