I'm aware that it's necessary to avoid stimulants incl. caffeine during Memantine titration, if it used being used for the sake of tolerance-resetting/prevention -- however, I was wondering if it was also necessary to avoid things like CDP-choline while acetylcholine receptors are upregulating? And should *all* dopaminergics, including something like Creatine, be avoided too?
