It seems like your current situation is beyond the help of supplementation. I'm sure that Science Guy is quite knowledgeable and his advice would certainly be helpful, if you gain a solid, stable psychological base. I have been in some very difficult psychological situations in my life (suffice to say that they have been beyond the norm, even for denizens of this board), and while psychiatry hasn't lived up to my hopes or expectations, it has proved effective, if not essential for those rough times. If I were you I would make an appointment with a psychiatrist and/or therapist immediately.I would heed their advice and stick with it. Treatments don't work if you abandon them. Good luck, I know how it feels :)

I've never had major issues with anxiety, but Inositol sends me to sleep every evening and keeps me from lying in bed worrying about things going on in my life.

Inositol also helps calm the jitters from my morning coffee and seems to clear my head of excess white noise so I focus better on tasks at work.

No drowsiness or other side effects and rather cheap.  A little goes a long way for me.  I take just one 750mg cap at a time.

Tianepine i havnt i looked into it and it is good but at the moment i can hardly have even a multivitamin bekus back of head thinks its dangeriouse due t severe side effects of taking too many different nootropics and overdosing due to over pressure so i admited my mistake and stopes taking everything
