Hey eveeryone, Now I have seen the post by science guy about Anxity etc I wanted to approach the severe anxiety in a different angle. So I thought why dont we train out Brain amygdala so it becomes use to the environment also the supplements for instance I have severe anxiety disorder and I cant even have a supplement. Medididation has proven to reduce the size Brain amygdala.... Check it out guys and let me know...

It sounds like a great idea. Combine it with talk therapy and you have a great start. Also, don't ignore the importance of magnesium. It was critical for me in dealing with the day to day symptoms of anxiety and stress.

There's more to anxiety than just the amygdala. By increasing the size or density of the prefrontal cortex it helps to regulate emotional output from the amygdala.

And is there evidence for a positive correlation between amygdala size and anxiety?
