Ok so I'm somewhat of a novice and have read that my symptoms could be due to Choline deficiency.
My first time with Piracetam.
I took1.6 g in the AM along with 250mg CDP Choline
Also some ALCAR, green tea extract and a time release C.
Felt fairly pleasant all morning with a slight tapering off of any 'effect' towards noon which coincides with the 4-5 hour half life of Piracetam.
However by the evening developed a mild headache, irritability, mental fogginess. Not pleasant. I decided to take another 250mg CDP Choline before going to bed but the headache seemed to last all night.
So, more Choline? And take WITH the Piracetam NOT several hours AFTER?
