Good afternoon,

 

I am currently experimenting with the CILTEP-like stack. I have separately bought the products to help save on funds which results in the following stack:

• 1g - Jarrow Standardised Artichoke Extract
• 130mg (20% standardised) 26mg of Forskolin - Planetary Herbals, Forskohlii, Full Spectrum,
• ~800mg - Acetyl L Carnitine
• 50mg - Vitamin B-6

I have been on this stack for 4 days and, unfortunately, I feel no different.

 

My concentration, alertness, memory and fatigue all appear no different. I understand the need for patience, but many users report having good results after the first usage.

 

Am I missing out on something here? I thought the two main ingredients, Artichoke Extract and Forskohlii would have an impact, let alone with ALCAR and a B6 vitamin added.

 

Any help/guidance would be hugely appreciated.

 

Or am I just a non-responder  ?

That's not what I was asking, Yasser, I am asking for guidance on my stack and if anyone could help and shed some light as to why I feel no different - perhaps the wrong type of artichoke/forskolin etc...
