One for you and perhaps anyone else who is reading this:http://www.people.co...-marigold-hotel
Perhaps you could consider contacting her about this cause? She may not have even thought of it.

Sounds like a great idea! Did you have anything particular in mind for what we'd do with her support? What kind of support do we want to ask for?

The first thing we need to do is contact her agent and be sure that we actually have her support. Her comments are encouraging but do not speak about what she would do about her opinions here. We need to know that she would act on our behalf. I note, SENS has several celebrities who are a part of a campaign - she might be more likely to be one of those, especially since she has noted she would like to be young again and that's what SENS is about.

She has macular degeneration. Maybe she can become interested in SENS research about that.

Never ask for support when you first contact someone important/notable out of the blue. It the the most guaranteed method to turn them away.
I could contact her, or her agent, and see if she would be interested in an interview/podcast. If anyone could dig up and email or phone number, please do. Send me a PM (message) with the info. Don't post it here (another way of destroying chances of contacting someone notable.)
