Does any know anything about coq10 ubiquinol, pqq or unfair advantage possibly causing down-regulation of your intrinsic mitochondrial production? Does it need to be cycled?

I've noticed that when I skip them after taking them for a few days or more, I feel like I'm below my baseline cognitively. I experience a little brain fog, depressed mood, lower energy levels, shorter attention span, etc.

John Brisson over at the bulletproof / dave asprey forum has endorsed Dave Asprey's product Unfair Advantage, saying that is has the proper ratio of PQQ to ubiquinol to prevent a mitochondrial imbalance of density and energy that would cause the down-regulation / rebound effect after ceasing supplementation. He explains it in this thread:

and this audio: http://fixyourgut.co...k-your-fatigue/

What are your guys' thoughts on that? What ratio of PQQ to ubiquinol or CoQ10 do you take? And do you experience the symptoms if skipping supplementation?
