I'm taking Computer Science in college. I am currently struggling with all the memorization, logic, abstract thinking, and the calculus. Also, as of lately, I have definitely come to the realization that I suffer from ADD or something of the sort. I have a very hard time staying awake and focusing during lectures, while doing work, trying to read, trying to study. A lot of times when I do study or read, it doesn't stick in my brain and I don't even gain any information from it. I have troubles staying focused while trying to figure out and understand new concepts, ideas, formulas, etc. I also have a very very hard time of getting out of bed in the mornings no matter the amount of sleep I get. I just don't feel motivated at all. I am healthy, I eat healthy, and I workout 4-5 times a week.
My current stack...
-1g of Piracetam in morning & afternoon (PowderCity)
-750mg of ALCAR in morning & afternoon (Bulksupplements)
-300mg (sometimes 600mg) of Alpha GPC per day (NOW)
-Fish Oil (NOW)
-Men's Multivitamin (NOW)
I have been on this stack for over a month now, and haven't really gotten much positive out of it at all. What I have noticed is... 1.) Sometimes after workouts, I don't feel as dead tired when I get home. 2.) I feel as if I don't talk as fluently. I have always been a pretty fluent talker, and good at explaining things. But at work, I often find myself having to think about how to explain things, and I find myself stumbling over my words, which is unusual for me. 3.) I have gotten more aggressive. I was normally pretty passive, and laid back. But since starting this stack, if someone was purposely rude to me, I rage and want to rip them a new one.
I ordered some Aniracetam tonight from Powdercity as I wanna give it a try, and I also have some Noopept already from Liftmode, but I am a bit skeptical about trying it due to mixed reviews and how new it is. As well as, I have Acetyl L-Tyrosine that I am going to give a try tomorrow, as I have read that could help due to it raising dopamine levels.
Also, I understand that there is no "miracle drug", but I am sure there is somethings that could potentially help me (I hope).
So what should I look into getting/changing/etc. I am all ears for advice!
