I'm interested in taking the following supplements:

L-Carnosine
Benfotiamine
ALCAR
R Lipioc Acid
PQQ
Pomegranate Extract (Punicalagins)
Blueberry Extract (Pterostilbene)
Pycnogenol
GliSODin

I already take AOR Ortho Core, as well as extra C, D3 and Magnesium.

My goals are to fight aging and glycation while maintaining my youthful looks.

I am 26 years old. I'm interested in prevention, so I want to start early, but I don't want to cause myself more harm than good by starting them if it's too early.

What do you guys think? Which of those can I start taking? All? None?

IIRC GliSODin isn't a good idea as your body downregulates its own production of SOD.
