Good people of longecity, thanks to the help of B-Endorphin I have come up with the following regimen:

Morning: Upon waking, 500mg Rhodiola and 500mg l-tyrosine

1 hour later, 10mg noopept and 300mg alpha gpc

Afternoon: 500mg ALCAR, 300mg ALA, 120mg Ginkgo and Vitamin B Super Complex

                  1 hour later: Multivitamin, 5,000 IU Vitamin D3 and 100mg COQ10

Evening: 500mg L-Theanine

1 hour later 10,000 mcg Biotin, 20mg Lutein, and 4mg Astaxanthin

Night: 500mg L-Tryptophan, 200mg Magnesium Citrate, 15mg Zinc

If you could advise me on any additions or changes in doses I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

hey Fakman87,

How long have you been using the above stacks for? Or are you about to start them? Really interested in your feedback/comments as there seems to be a lot of nootropics & vitamins..

The noopept was giving me too much brain fog so I dropped that. I'll continue with the rest and let you know how I get on :)

Hey guys, I'm getting a lot more brain fog than usual since starting this stack.

Do any of you know what could be causing this? Thanks

Hey, noopept is known to cause brain fog for some. I would replace it with 500mg aniracetam or 100mg phenylpiracetam. Also try adding 1gr of choline bitartrate to minimize side effects. Because, when using racetams, most undesired effects are caused by acetyl-choline depletion in your brain.

Thanks! I had actually taken the noopept out of the stack about a month ago but the brain fog is still there for some reason.

I'd love to comment. But first, an you state a goal with all this?

Sure. My main goal when I started this stack was focus and concentration, as I started a one year computing course in January and the workload is immense.

I've actually done well so far in the course but I'm not sure if the stack has anything to do with this, since I have had more brain fog than usual since I started using it.

I don't think those aren't going to help very much, honestly, for programming. The main issue with programming is getting pulled away be extraneous stimuli. One drug that can prevent that very issue, as opposed to just amping up your concentration with just stimulants, is Intuniv/Clonidine. They're a bit different, and Intuniv also lasts 24h. These might make you sleepy, but you could combine them with Wellbutrin and/or Modafinil (which will really keep you awake) to combat that. Either of those will also further improve your concentration.
