Hi Eveeryone, I have anxity disorder and wanted your advice,I have started eating Brown rice and cherry tommatos, that will increase Gaba, I wanted to know If I could also increase other neurotrainmitters in the brain to lessen the anxity... serotonin, dopamine, and epinephrine....
I have added green tea, I also get anxity from having creatine and really need for traning what would you suggest to mix in the regime so I dont get over stimutated with anxity and creatine and increase the serotonin, dopamine, and epinephrine in the right ratio so Its not imbalnced
