Hi Eveeryone, I have anxity disorder and wanted your advice,I have started eating Brown rice and cherry tommatos, that will increase Gaba, I wanted to know If I could also increase other neurotrainmitters in the brain to lessen the anxity... serotonin, dopamine, and epinephrine....

 

 

I have added green tea, I also get anxity from having creatine and really need for traning what would you suggest to mix in the regime so I dont get over stimutated with anxity and creatine and increase the serotonin, dopamine, and epinephrine in the right ratio so Its not imbalnced

I'm sorry to inform you, but eating brown rice and cherry tomatoes will not increase GABA. Have you ever been to a doctor for this? There isn't much supplements can do for anxiety, beyond the most mild anxiety, in most cases. If you want to try some supplements, Ashwagandha would be the first thing I'd recommend.
