After reading around, Im looking at taking Zinc, Magnesium and Lutein. I was going to go with Zinc in the citrate form as it can help combat prostate cancer, so why not? I was going to go with citrate but I see there are many forms. I even seen "blends" of magnesium.. Any pointers? Lastly Im looking for Lutein in a 10mg to 500mcg zeaxanthin, but all I can find is 20mg to 1mg or higher. With the talk about carotenoids and potential cancer risk, I thought Id low dose it and still get some benefits for my eyes, no?
Also, any recommendations on dosing times?
