@ almost easy

What is this? First you act like you want to help me and I reply to all your questions which took me over 1 hour and now you simply give up? Thanks a lot for wasting my time!
This is an absolutely unfair behavior. I wasn't asking for help you offered help and wasted my time.

Wow.

I'm full time in college with problems similar to yours. It took me a while also to write my original reply. As you can see I have my eye on your thread and I asked some extremely important questions to get the ball rolling. The information you provided afterwards is incredibly valuable. Believe me I did you a big service getting you to answer those specifics.

I noticed that comment as a notification on my phone one evening and was appalled at someone telling you to give up searching so I obviously did a very quick reply.

It's not easy sifting through such dense technical material and formulating a scientific opinion. You know it's not. I'm just one person. I empathize and understand and would like to give you a legitimate answer when I feel I can sit down and process it all, but I have things to do in my own life as well.

Perhaps I should've clarified but to receive such an insulting response is a bit much. Simply asking if I was actually going to respond would've been appropriate. Coming at me in this fashion is not.

I also want you to know I'm not a doctor or neuroscientist. I just know what I've researched for my own similar issues.

If I did you wrong I'm sorry.

It's just that I often made the experience that people come offering help and in reality they dont really mean it and then simply give up and this is really hurtful and frustrating.

Then they shouldnt have offered help in the first place.

And I also feel like even if you didn't give up then other people did. The one guy who recommended the insanely strict diet for example stopped replying after I wrote that I absolutely

cant follow such a diet especially not in my state!

What kind of "help" is this when you simply tell a person that she can hardly eat anything at all and basically put even more stress on her? This only makes me worse. I already obsess with food.

I don't think this is helpful at all.

Blaming society is going to get you nowhere.
You can try find someone in your life to help you, a different doctor.
But for you, unfortunately I just see a bunch of excuses.
There are people on the Internet that care, and would use up their valuable time to help.
But the reality is, YOU have to change.

Your life is just a battle against your own mind. You need to defeat that voice inside your head yelling at what you can't do...
I truly wish you well, and figuring out the answers yourself is what makes you grow as a person.
Start changing yourself Instead of letting somebody spoon feed you basic things that you can figure out on your own.
And believe me when I say this: you have enough cognition, energy and enough knowledge to change your life.

Note that i'm not a doctor and the information provided is not guaranteed to solve all your problems. Also note that psychological problems become more easier to notice and fix when you get rid of inflammatory/biological problems.

I'll try answer your questions as best as I can, but please don't bother replying if you haven't made progress.
1) You're not importing NSI-189. Why is it impossible? You're importing probiotics. If by a small chance they are stopped, get a prescription from your doc. I've gotten them all through South Africa, and my custom laws are way more strict.
2) I don't understand. You will feel less stressed. I just see silly excuses.

About cooking:
It is really simple:
You take the food, heat it up and (if necessary) cut it into pieces so you can chew it further and break it down into pieces. It's that simple, you're over complicating things.
I've never took cooking classes. I just google how to cook something.
I ended up basically cooking everything in the microwave. I'm lazy. Potato? Np just put that shit in the microwave for a few minutes while you cut up other food.

Other answers:
- If you stray from the diet you'll slow down the healing process a little. But when you're on it and do something different theres a chance you might develop uncontrollable telekinetic powers. (kidding)
- It's not necessary to have protein every morning, you can have leftover meat from the previous night.
- Learn more about the autoimmune protocol, eliminating foods and Low fodmap foods.
The diet is very strict, but like I mentioned before you can find a dietitian to help you - one that is familiar with the autoimmune protocol.
Fruits are fine, but I recommend low fodmap fruits. Bananas are fine.
Don't worry about getting organic, or about pesticides.
Don't worry about fermented foods, you can experiment with that later.
Garlic is safe, but if you notice it causes problems for you, stop eating it.

The whole point of this guide is to remove the allergic reactions to the food you are eating: like eggs and nightshades which can cause problems for people who have similar symptoms you describe.
Eliminating and reintroducing is the whole point - to realize you're getting inflammation from food. You will notice you are feeling worse, more sick, tired foggy depressed etc when you reintroduce the food.
You will know how bad you are, once you get better and fall back on your old habits.

I would of gotten super excited if someone was willing to help. I wished someone would present the information that was given to you when I was a zombie a year ago.
For you, it's that negative voice inside your head that's preventing you from making changes.

I did not bother replying to your previous post since there was no point.
Every time I read your posts, all I see is this to be honest:
"I can't, I can't. I can't, I can't, it's impossible"
Nothing will change if this is how you think.

Don't read this guide all in one go and get paralysed from all the information.
Take your time. Repeat what you've read. Slow down. Relax.

And if you get overwhelmed, think of it like this:
Stop looking at the top of the stairs and focus on making the first step.

Attached File  staircase-300x300.jpg   32.6KB   1 downloads

Day 1. Step 1: eliminate sweets.
Day 2. Learn how to wash lettuce, then put it into your mouth. (You may find this to be extremely challenging and end up in epileptic shock) Kidding, again
Next week: Eliminate... Dairy/nightshades... etc.

If you define the world by what you cant do, it will look like that for the rest of your life.
If you start to define the world by what you have to do to get X, it will start to shape itself, accordingly

I've been fighting a plate of debilitating things like you, and I especially know how the cognitive dysfunction makes it that much harder to identify and follow through with possible solutions, so I get it, but your thread really does read like a huge excuse fest that will alienate people who want to give advise. On the same token, significant dietary change is no guarantee to be a panacea of relief for a complex cluster of unknown and debilitating symptoms and quite frankly, is kind of lazy advise.

That's true. Doing such a dramatic change is very hard especially for someone like me and without even knowing if this will really help me it's even harder.

@ qube

You're not me so you also dont know what it's like to be me. I only know that for me things which are no problem for others are a huge problem.

There are days where I dont even have the patience to cook anything and just eat whatever's available which takes no effort on my part. If I had someone who

simply brought me the food to eat and I only had to eat it without having to put any own mental and physical work into it then I could simply do it but having to do

all the work and mental processing on my own is hard. I also worry that it might lead to more obsessions when I have to think about what I must and must not eat.
