Hi

First of all sorry for any grammar mistakes,im not native english speaker. I have been using noopept for around half a year with breaks and used doses of 30mg/day. I have noticed improvements in: long term memory, verbal skills, creativity and in connecting facts to things i already know, I stopped taking it about week ago because of strong mathematical skills impairment and slight brainfog- i cant foucus on the exercises, my logical thinking skills are worse than before taking it. This is very annoying because I am a student and i have no problems with memorizing dates, literature etc but this maths problem ruins my good marks(i often correct teachers about some facts, especially on the lessons of history). I have read on some nootropics forum that long-term noopept dosing causes decreases level of BDNF(which gives me those negative effects) and i can fix it by taking supplements with l-glutamine and BCAA but i dont know if this statement is true so i ask You for help how can i remove this brainfog and get my mathematical skills to previous, higher level.

Regards,

Grandmaster
