a. guideline of brain training (what is the best place to start? What is important?....)

b. videos/books - are there any good books? any youtube channels? any trainings on the web?

b. tools - I heard about lumocity. Is it ok or is it shitty? Are there any better tools? If yes why you think they are better?

a. inspiration - unique/innovative/extreme ways to train a brain. Just want to see what there and what are the possibilities?

d. Other interesting stuff on the subject
