Hey Everyone,

I suffer from Anxitey and I recentley started supplementing on L-gulatmine due to excercising in gym, I take a smal dose of 5g every two weeks so minimal useage my anxity stil goes high, racy thoughts and unable to sleep. If I take chamomile tea at night and L-gulamtine in the morning would this have any interactions as body will get confused betweeen stimulant and relaxser .... Thank you soo much guys

Chamomile is extremely mild, you have nothing to  worry about.
