Common language evolves. Whether it gets simplified for efficiency, or dumbed down on purpose, the experiences of the higher mind can leave someone lost for words. I'm in the 'everything has been known before' camp, so for us to find new abilities/knowledge is irrelevant as a species. The only relevent thing I see is common knowledge, and us a civilisation working together to share and accept knowledge that has observable proof. We saw the twin towers disappear, and were told the official story couldn't account for the melted engine blocks, melted die cast door handles, lack of seismic data, dustification of massive steel girders, etc. A group of people aren't sharing, what philosophical view could a scholar find in the events of 11/9/2001?
Philosophy is used as a stepping stone for obtaining a more thorough view of a subject. It works by allowing an intuitive abstractive view to be questioned against known knowledge of beliefs.
If speeding through space accumulates nutrinos and enhances our mind, will the mindset evolve, or has it been there already? Personal experience can be better that a guide, but I encourage everyone to talk to others and make up their own minds.
