Throughout the last few months I ate the same thing every day in order, a bowl of cascadian farms oat sand honey granola with 2% milk, a bowl of cereal with milk, bread with honey, a bowl of greek yogurt, a shake with water, blueberries, banana, strawberries, carrots, flax seed, cinnamon, a pear with cinnamon, quesadillas with corn casing, cheese, refried beans, cabbage, onions, salsa.  I pretty much ate those cereals every day for months before this, but I ate a different presentation of meals then.

APparently I didn't realize I was doing this, and I like it all so I just kind of ate it normally.  I am wondering how bad that was.  I would eat other things from time to time but this is what I ate most of the time.

Is that bad?

That sounds like a pretty decent diet but there's a couple of things I would remove
milk
refried beans
quesadillas with corn casing
bread
cheese

Google search the bulletproof diet and go from there.
