Noopept use causes my skin to get very dry and it's one of its worst side effects for me. I've read somewhere that racetams use up omega 3 and it causes dry skin. I take 2x 160/110 EPA/DHA fish oil capsules daily. Should I be taking more to combat this side effect? Besides omega 3 deficency is there something else which may cause this problem for me? Interestingly my skin was fine when I was taking Sunifiram.
