Hi There,

I have wanted to try racetams/nootropics for a long time but because of IBD (GI issues) I have decided to try sublingual Noopept as my first choice.   I eat a paleo like diet with 3 organic eggs a day.  Might this be enough choline with Noopept taken 10 mg doses sublingually?  I am leery of taking a choline supplement because my GI sensitivity, but don't know what symptoms to look for if I do need more choline?  I say that because Noopept is not supposed to cause headaches.  Appreciate any good feedback.  Thanks!

The short answer is that you should be fine with the eggs daily.

if you don't get headaches at the high dosage of 30 milligrams daily then supplementing choline is probably not necessary. Google search the Piracetam Protocol
