Hey,

I've never had a problem with Smart Powders before, but in addition to missing a promised ship date (by 5 days and counting) they've now ignored an e-mail (I've checked my spam folder), a phone call (with voice mail), and a web form submission via their website. I purchased a substantial amount of idebenone from them after receiving an e-mail saying it was back in stock with a guaranteed ship date. Has anyone purchased and received orders from them in the last week or two (or at least received tracking information on an order you purchased)?

Thanks

So they are still negligent. I had a bad experience with them in the past described in this thread. Where the responsible Dennis Darroch 2 posts later apologized and announced he would rectify all complaints which would be emailed to him. He never responded.

I just received last Wednesday 20 grams of pregnenolone powder from Smart Powders.   On schedule and expiration date March 2016.   Sorry that your experience was different.

I quit using them about a year ago when they sent me a bad batch of powder and would not do anything about it until I threatened to lodge a complaint with paypal. If I had paid by credit card I'm sure they would have done nothing. I will not go back. Try powder city, they are much better.

they are now scammers. I have paid for an order of >$150 in July. They ignore all emails and contact forms. I am filing a police report now, and am preparing the documents to charge back my card. Avoid these scumbags.
