Guys just started playing with 5Htp and i like the happy boost i get... but i have questions!

since the 5htp is boosting Seretonin would it contradict with Ciltep? (since that works more on Dopamine)

im just not sure about the 5Htp interactions with other nootropics

i know someone can help :)

Ciltep doesn't really seem to work on dopamine, or on anything specific for that matter. It just seems to be another supplement with a bunch of semi-useful but disconnected ingredients, with great marketing behind it.

So yeah, the 5-HTP should be fine. Just make sure to take it with EGCG.

OneScrewLoose, while usually I agree with you, I do think CILTEP is pretty darn energizing and slightly mood elevating.

I do totally agree with, " ...another supplement with a bunch of semi-useful but disconnected ingredients, with great marketing behind it."

The thing is, sometimes semi-useful ingredients can be synergistic.  Guarana seed extract + white willow bark extract + ephedra...

I don't see any of those in this. Perhaps we are talking about a different product?

If you want synergy, try Rhodiola + Caffeine. ;)

300-500mg of Rhodiola with a cup of coffee. I found it to (personally) have the strongest effect of caffeine on me per dose of caffeine.
