Look into Vitamin K2, especially MK4, for bone loss prevention and much more. Along with the co-factors magnesium, D3, boron, etc.

i prefer one strong molecule because of price and practicity and vitamine k's effect is very modest

Cheaper than most bone drugs. How is K2 not practical? I'd say K2's effect is anything but modest? You even bother reading any of the links? Guess they lied.
And don't forget the list of side effects of bone drugs.

on pubmed, they say k2's effect is modest, or even very modest

Ahh gotcha. That settles it then.

This would be rather drastic, considering some of the rather bad known side effects of these drugs, not to mention unknown side effects if they are to be used in younger people.
In the meantime, hyaluronic acid fillers can compensate to some extent for any bone changes in the face.

Don't guys who abuse anabolic steroids tend to develop weird-looking faces? The key, of course, is probably that word "abuse", but if the proposal is to maintain youthful facial bone structure through the use of anabolisant (i.e. anabolic steroid) then that raises the question of what dosing protocol would result in the maintenance of a youthful facial structure, as opposed to making you look weird or bringing about something bizarre-looking.

What if you do heavy weight-training, doesn't that increase bone mineral density in general? The question is if this is only a local phenomenon for the muscles worked or if it happens in the entire body ...

it's very local
